★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the 3rd time they are running out of sandwich or desserts on display and never remove it. The place isn't clean and very slow but staff always chatting in the room. Assign a manager and get the staff to be efficient and clean the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staying in a nearby resort. Nice to have a Starbucks within walking distance. As an English only speaker had no problem with language barrier or using my visa/mastercard. Covid precautions were being taken and coffee was delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered via Rappi and Starbucks failed. Two panini sandwiches where the bread was soaking wet; why would they offer to go if they can't offer appropriate packaging? Was disgusting. Then the Cesar's salad, hardly fresh... See picture.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Starbucks is a Starbucks. Notorious for long waits at this location in Gringolandia but hey .....this is Mexico. Chill and enjoy.
Outdoor seating is covered and a good place to relax, meet new friends and reconnect with old acquaintances.
Bathrooms are in sunset market.
