★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location is amazing with great views and fast WiFi. Long tall windows add to an already amazinglu setup environment. I forget I am in Mexico :) especially today with heavy hail outside, I felt like in Seattle :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They seem to have their own receips in how to make the Starbucks products, but I might say the customer's attention is somewhat okay. Overall 3 stars rating. They need to improve, how they elaborate drinks in that particular Starbucks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we just ordered from Starbucks Puebla Centro a hot chocolate + mint dash and a pumpking spicy cold latte; neither of them taste like they suppose. Standards in mexico are completely different and lame. Don´t order from there. Also guess what, no refunds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Starbucks website and Google shows opening time 6am. NOT TRUE! I went at 6am - CLOSED. I returned at 7:15 - CLOSED. I knocked on the door and an employee told me they open at 7:30am. I told her website show 6am and she shrugged, said it's not the store's problem. I called Starbucks customer service and they said they cannot verify hours for stores outside of USA and they would not be able to update website.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I personally like to take a cup of coffee all the mornings so I recommend this place because of the staff customer service. Maybe the address could be a little bit popular because it is only 1 square of the Centro Historico de Puebla
