★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They had nine people working and it took almost 20 minutes to get my sandwich. The lineup was not very big, I've never experienced such a slow Starbucks in my life. When I asked what the wait was, they ignored me.

I ordered one refresher the flavor was the correct one but it tasted like it had Milk.
I also ordered a hibiscus Iced Tea and got a ice coffee or something similar. Also with full Milk.
Sadly I could not consume any of my drinks.
My name on the cups was correct thats why they get 2 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kind staff, perhaps the kindest I've ever seen at a Starbucks, ever.
The pride on serving high quality coffee, not at all comparable with some of the average sometimes served in the States.
The food is also high quality, manchego cheese, iberian ham, freshly baked bread.
Excellent way to start my traveling day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unpleasant visit, not only it was fully crowded inside and personnel were not asking people to respect the safe distance due to covid. It took a lot to get my order and when asked for some chipotle sauce that came in this super tiny containers they told me it has cost, this is the first time I buy an envuelto poblano in Starbucks and they tell me chipotle sauce it's not included. They try to charge me in cash right were you pick your order and I prefer to go since I was not planning to make a line again for a freaking condiment which price is not even show anywhere.
Also, the place was quite dirty. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located on the departures level of the Mexico City airport you will find to Starbucks locations about 10 stores apart. you'll often find a lineup depending on how busy it is, but between the two locations you won't have to wait too long. We found a wide range food items available to select from. A great location when you need a quick bite to eat and a drink of course
