★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leslie debería trabajar en la cocina de un McDonald's en donde no necesite controlar sus emociones. Es una pésima batista, mi café estaba mal preparado, le pedí que lo prepararan de nuevo (starbucks no es regalado) y se molestó muchísimo y fue super grosera , jamás había tenido una experiencia tan mala.
El resto de los baristas buen servicio y el lugar estaba limpio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy tuve una de las peores experiencias en este Starbucks que en ningún otro de todos los que visito diario, pedí la promoción de 80 pesos que incluye un sándwich de pavo y un latte, el lateral no es más que café con leche y lo pedí sin leche como lo he hecho en muchos otros Starbucks, es la primera vez que me lo niegan y me hacen pasar un mal rato, no les pedí nada extra al contrario se ahorran la leche y el trabajo, así es como se pierden clientes. es lunes 18 11:23 hrs y me atendió un empleado con pelo claro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen café, linda plaza pero el lugar muuuy sucio, sillas, mesas, piso. No sé cómo no pueden darse el tiempo de mantener sus instalaciones limpias. Me queda claro que hay personas muy sucias pero el lugar debe procurar un ambiente higiénico.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo van a poder encontrar cómo una isla en medio de la plaza, el espacio es reducido así que en horas pico no esperen poder quedarse o sentarse a platicar, así mismo el ruido que rodea este lugar es bastante alto así que olvídate de ponerte a leer a trabajar a menos que tus niveles de concentración sean estilo maestro Miyagi.
Además de que como es un lugar muy transitado, no esperes encontrar un lugar limpio
Fuera de eso, los baristas tienen una buena técnica para los frapuccinos, pues no dejan pedazos de hielo grandes que debas esperar a que se derritan y se ve que se conocen la receta de los lattes de pies a cabezas pues saben manejar bien la inclusión de jarabes sin que queden extremadamente dulces como en otras sucursales.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedí un chocolatín para comer ahí mismo y en vez de darne el plato me dan el plástico... uno creería que hubiera sido más lógico que me lo dieran en el paquetito de papel cuando lo pides para llevar. En fin sólo le comentamos al chavo y nos dijo que el "plástico es del reciclable". Mucha gente se creerá esta estupidez pero no mamar, al final creo que es mi culpa por consumir en estos lugares pero sepan que el plástico reciclable NO EXISTE y cabe aclarar que otras personas pidieron paninis y sí se lo dieron en platos.
