★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Starbucks clearly states with three different letters and signs that it is 100% free of smoke but on the second floor which is spacier and more comfortable there were 3 different people smoking. After reporting this to staff their excuse was that the clients had gotten tough and they could do much about it. This is clearly illegal in Mexico City. Other than this everything else is what you could expect from any Starbucks.
