★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buena ubicación, el lugar siempre se encuentra limpio pero cometen muchos errores al momento de preparar las bebidas, al punto de entregar una cosa completamente diferente. El drive-thru es muy rápido pero a veces toman la orden mal. Deben trabajar en la capacitación de los baristas, de ahí en fuera hay buen servicio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen lugar, el servicio amable pero lento, y siento que falta un poco las medidas de sana distancia porque es un lugar pequeño y están muy juntas las mesas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor Starbucks en el que he estado y he pedido, el cafe las aguado del mundo, pides leche deslactosada y te dan de avena, nunca escuche que sacaran el expreso de la máquina por lo que dedusco que fue americano y con el hicieron no el capuchino, sucio, mesas pegajosas, pisos sucios, y cuándo hemos pedido por uber eats siempre esta mal la orden, pésimo servicio, rompe con el estándar de la franquicia, los empleados se la pasan divirtiéndose pero ni son higiénicos, ni preparan bien los alimentos, si no limpian nada evidentemente no se preocupan por la higiene de los alimentos. No es una experiencia de compra es la opinión de muchas, acumuladas, en las que nos damos cuenta que no fue un error sino malas prácticas de higiene y de calidad. Sólo los amigos de los baristas no notan las desviaciones de las que les habló, si quieren café mejor vallan al Santa clara, por lo menos sabía a café
The worst Starbucks I've been to and I've ordered, the coffee is the worst in the world, you ask for lactose-free milk and they give you oatmeal, I never heard that they took the espresso out of the machine from what I deduced that it was American and with it they did not cappuccino, dirty, sticky tables, dirty floors, and when we have ordered through uber eats, the order is always wrong, lousy service, it breaks with the standard of the franchise, the employees have fun but they are not hygienic, nor do they prepare the food well If they don't clean anything, they obviously don't care about food hygiene. It is not a shopping experience, it is the opinion of many, accumulated, in which we realize that it was not a mistake but poor hygiene and quality practices. Only the friends of the baristas do not notice the deviations that he told them about, if they want coffee better go to Santa Clara, at least it tasted like coffee

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El área de driver es rápido para la cantidad de vehículos que tienen es rápida, algunos días llega hacer más lenta de lo normal.
El personal te atiende muy bien y siempre con una sonrisa, aunque estén saturados por pedidos.
Es bueno saber que la hora picó es de 9am a 11am para que lleves algo de tiempo extra.

The driver area is fast for the amount of vehicles they have is fast, some days it gets slower than normal.
The staff takes care of you very well and always with a smile, even if they are saturated with orders.
It is good to know that the hour is from 9am to 11am so you can take some extra time.
