★ ★ ★ ★ ★ no pude facturar mi compra :( la sucursal no aparece en el ticket, si alguien sabe cual es agradecería que me la compartan para futuras ocasiones.
 I could not invoice my purchase :( the branch does not appear on the ticket, if anyone knows which one it is, I would appreciate it if you share it with me for future occasions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen lugar cómodo para descansar y disfrutar un buen café. No son el starbucks más amable pero tampoco son groseros. Mi único problema en estas épocas es que es un lugar muy encerrado.
Good comfortable place to rest and enjoy a good coffee. They are not the friendliest starbucks but they are not rude either. My only problem in these times is that it is a very closed place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local de dimensiones adecuadas, buena atención pero poco cuidado en la limpieza y orden del lugar, hace falta alguien que sanitice o desinfecte constantemente las mesas, sillas y mobiliario en general, hay mucha gente dentro del lugar y pocas veces se dan a la tarea de limpiar.
Local of adequate dimensions, good attention but little care in the cleanliness and order of the place, someone is needed to constantly sanitize or disinfect the tables, chairs and furniture in general, there are many people inside the place and they rarely give themselves the task of clean up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es el starbucks con peor servicio en puebla!! Nunca tienen bagel, puede haber 1 persona en la fila y se tardan más de 10 min solo en tomarte la orden!!!! Nunca te quieren prestar 1 plato (en cualquier otro sí te dan los alimentos en un plato). Cuando voy, es porque NO ME QUEDA DE OTRA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la segunda ocasión que toman un pedido de alimentos, lo cobran… tardan en entregarlo y comentan que NO tienen ese producto. En la primera vez les pedí que reportaran si les hace falta producto; pero porque cobran algo si no lo tienen disponible? El servicio en este starbucks no está siguiendo las reglas de otros. Su respuesta es que “no les llega” con la misma frecuencia los productos.
Ojalá estén al pendiente, por el servicio a su clientela. En lo personal si regreso a esta plaza no lo haré a esta sucursal de Starbucks ❌❌
It is the second time that they take a food order, they charge it... they take time to deliver it and they comment that they DO NOT have that product. The first time I asked them to report if they needed product; But why do they charge something if they don't have it available? The service at this starbucks is not following the rules of others. Their answer is that the products “do not arrive” with the same frequency.
I hope they are on the lookout, for the service to their clientele. Personally, if I return to this plaza, I will not go to this Starbucks branch ❌❌

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cumple con el estándar de servicio de todos los cafés de la cadena , la cafetería está muy agradable , dentro de la plaza comercial Explanada, solo un detalle pedimos una bebida y nos dieron otro tamaño a la solicitada. En lo personal creo que le falta ventilación algo que se debe de tener en cuenta en esta época de pandemia
It complies with the service standard of all the chain's cafes, the cafeteria is very nice, inside the Explanada shopping plaza, only one detail we asked for a drink and they gave us another size to the one requested. Personally, I think that it lacks ventilation, something that must be taken into account in this time of pandemic
