★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo mejor de ese lugar son los partners, atentos, cuidadosos, se me cayó una vez la bebida, me la repusieron, otra ocasión no me gustó cómo quedó, me la volvieron a hacer... El lugar es super cómodo y agradable... Sin duda mi mejor oficina!!!

El servicio muy específico de un baristas con sobrepeso y alto es pésimo, siempre te atiende como enojado o prepotente, lo describo porque no recuerdo su nombre y para mi suerte SIEMPRE me atiende el. Y la bebida me la preparo una barista mujer es un cloud latte macchiato 90% espuma de leche, 5%azúcar y el resto café. Sin duda la sucursal de Galerías Acapulco es la mejor hasta el momento.
Not the best branch. The very specific service of an overweight and tall barista is terrible, he always treats you as angry or arrogant, I describe him because I don't remember his name and to my luck he ALWAYS treats me. And the drink is prepared for me by a female barista, it is a cloud latte macchiato 90% milk foam, 5% sugar and the rest coffee. Without a doubt, the Galerías Acapulco branch is the best so far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Roberto, Juaquin, Enrique and Axel are the best! They always made us feel welcome from the beginning! I was really sad to tell them goodbye, but I also told them thank you for everything! They really kept a welcoming environment in a busy mall Starbucks and I know how challenging that can be! Adiós mis amigos!
