★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first visit to this location in Mazatlan, at the Gran Plaza. Lots of nice seating areas inside and out. The staff knows enough English to get your order down if your are from stateside and your Spanish is less than. Menu differs from CA standard. Some nice menu items not found in Cali.
