Nice Starbucks with a few outdoor seats on a fairly busy road and lots of comfortable indoor seating. Food selections include sweet pastries and sandwiches. There are two meeting rooms available. The smaller one is good for 6 people and can be used for free for 4 hours with a 500peso minimum charge, so be sure your group orders from the server in the room on the room account so the purchases count toward the 500 peso minimum. The larger room has a conference table and projector and screen and it's is available for free with a minimum consumption of 700 or 800 pesos (I can't remember). You can reserve the rooms with any of the staff at the counter. While you're using the room, you have a server who will check in with your group a few times to take orders during your meeting. These rooms are on the second floor (1st floor in Mexico) and requires climbing the stairs for access. The staff is excellent. I accidentally left my computer charger in the room my group was using and when I returned a few hours later the server had found the charger and had it locked up safely waiting for me.

Absolutely useless Starbucks. I have ordered Uber Eats from here 3 times and 2 out of 3 they have sent hot coffee instead of iced. They do not care about your order at all.

Great place to hangout in reforma, with nice atmosphere inside, relaxing and music is great too. Coffee is fine I come here for the refreshers which I find very tasty also I love chai latte tea from Starbucks. Overall you know a Starbucks, its quality is great and so the service. Clean and follows every sanitary standards.

I go to lot of Starbucks, this one is my favorite, mostly because it's located in my favorite neighborhood. When I'm staying in the Condesa, I'll come here twice a day. The barristas are always friendly, and it's is a very comfortable Starbucks with tables and chairs on the sidewalk, and a great upstairs areas with comfortable chairs and decent enough wifi (2-5mbs). I like that Starbucks in Mexico City are open late.

Visited this location twice. The first time, I had to wait while customers who ordered after me were served first (despite the fact that we ordered the same food items). Second time, was initially given a tea when I ordered a coffee drink.

This Starbucks is much bigger on the inside than the outside appears and would be the perfect place to work but the internet is so slow and essentially unusable. Hopefully they will get this fixed because it really would be a great place to work all day. They even have meeting rooms that are plenty quiet enough.

Nice spot to sit down and drink your coffee while you eat a pastry.
