★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedí un café por Uber … a ese estarbucks y se tardaron 1 hora solo para entregar un café… lo peor Esque no estaba lejos, me dieron el café sin Azúcar puesto que yo avía pedido 3 sobres y nunca llegaron lo peor Esque te cobran el envío y no hacen las cosas bien … muy mala atención. ????
I ordered a coffee through Uber… from that Starbucks and it took 1 hour just to deliver a coffee… the worst thing was that it wasn't far, they gave me the coffee without sugar since I had ordered 3 envelopes and the worst thing was that they never charged you for shipping and they don't do things right... very bad attention. ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está dentro de una plaza con otros comercios, por lo que comparte mesas con un ambiente de griterío, vendimia y música muy estridente que no te deja ni conversar si vas acompañado. Mejor opción, por mucho, es el de Alameda, a tan solo unas cuadras.
It is inside a square with other shops, so it shares tables with an atmosphere of shouting, vintage and very strident music that does not even let you talk if you are accompanied. The best option, by far, is the one in Alameda, just a few blocks away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfecto si andas por Reforma, la Alameda, Juárez y necesitas un café o quieres conversar con alguien. Estaba muy vacío, lo cual lo hace más cómodo. Tiene terraza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son demasiado lentos, a veces solo hay dos personas, se han tardado hasta media hora en darme una garrafa de Café, no me gusta para nada su atención, pedí por la app 2 Cafés con half y dos de splenda y al entregármelos sólo eran americanos, reclamé y me dijeron que se equivocaron que tendrán más cuidado, no obstante no me respondieron por su trato ineficiente ??????? de lo peor se encuentran en esta sucursal de Avenida Juárez número 32… ¡¡¡¡no regresaré!!!! si no me pusieron half y todavía me le cobraron, son de lo peor!!!
They are too slow, sometimes there are only two people, they have taken up to half an hour to give me a carafe of coffee, I do not like their attention at all, I asked for the app 2 coffees with half and two of splenda and when they delivered them they were only American , I complained and they told me that they were wrong that they will be more careful, however they did not respond to me because of their inefficient treatment ??????? the worst is found in this branch of Avenida Juárez number 32… I will not return! !!! if they didn't give me half and they still charged me, they are the worst!!!
