★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this Starbucks! The staff is really kind and they make sure you get what you want. I think they are usually very fast and that's one of the main reasons I come to this place. As it's really close to the metro it's good to meet people here. The only thing I don't like is that sometimes I've seen a homeless man coming in and "grabbing" stuff from store and poorly using the bathrooms, he never flush the toilet and leaves it reaaally messy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The coffee was like we’d expect, but the cashier was a mess. Instead of giving you change when you pay with cash, they put the change back on your card (used the app to get the points). I never asked him to do that and he refused to fix it. On top of that, they charged my friend extra and claimed he was making a donation to the store! A donation for what?? They couldn’t explain. They wouldn’t refund him either. They kept the ten peso “donation.”
Very sketchy Starbucks! Then it doesn’t even show up in my Starbucks app and no points were earned for our purchase.
