★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente sucursal, soy cliente frecuente, esta muy bonito el lugar muy limpio y amplio, y el servicio que ofrecen los jóvenes baristas también es muy bueno muy amables y atentos, en realidad no tengo nada de que quejarme, vayan y disfrute de un buen café. Aunque por una extraña razón siempre olvidan poner mis chispas de chocolate sobre la crema batida a mi Java Chip.

Excellent branch, I am a frequent customer, the place is very clean and spacious, and the service offered by the young baristas is also very good, very friendly and attentive, I actually have nothing to complain about, go and enjoy a good coffee . Although for some strange reason they always forget to put my chocolate chips on top of the whipped cream to my Java Chip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegué a pie alas 10:20 PM y estaba cerrado, solo me tomaron la orden por drive thru y después de insistir, para finalizar me dieron mal la orden, supongo que tenían mucha prisa por cerrar
I arrived on foot at 10:20 PM and it was closed, they only took my order through the drive thru and after insisting, finally they gave me the wrong order, I guess they were in a hurry to close

Lo único observable, que ni es problema, solo un detalle, el seguro de la puerta del baño de hombres... Siempre falla, tiene "maña" no se porque no lo arreglan.

Los baristas son de los más amable que he conocido en su cadena. Son serviciales, amables y sociables.
Los cuidados que se tienen por causa del covid-19 son puntuales y dentro de los lineamientos del sector salud. El mobiliario está bien distribuído y es bastante cómodo.
Los baños siempre están limpios, que es uno de las áreas de oportunidad en muchas sucursales de esta cadena.
El acceso desde el estacionamiento no es el más práctico, siendo sinceros, pero aún así vale la pena la vuelta a esta sucursal.

The baristas are some of the friendliest I have met in their chain. They are helpful, friendly, and sociable.
The care that is taken due to covid-19 is specific and within the guidelines of the health sector. The furniture is well laid out and quite comfortable.
The restrooms are always clean, which is one of the areas of opportunity in many branches of this chain.
Access from the parking lot is not the most convenient, to be honest, but it's still worth the return to this branch.
