Great staff. Always a busy location. Lots of seating out front to relax abs take a break from shopping.

The slowest service. And not clean. They look like they’re all lost. One is Cleaning. One is taking his time and the guy who take the order also making it. Unreal. I left after 12 minutes when only 4 pips were ahead of me.

This is the best Starbucks in Cancun. All locations have great staff. But...this is the only non gouge...coffee supplier. Nice mall sitting area. Movie theatre and food galore. Enjoy!!!

Everything perfect except for the space. It’s just too little! If you want to be in an AC space while you drink your beverage, you’ll not be able to. The inside of the store makes it almost impossible to sit and chat.

Refreshing latte and dragon drink. Polite and helpful staff. Always stopping by when passing through plaza. Yummy yum !

Beware don't use your visa card there. I was charged 3 time the same order. One latte and croissant cost me three time the price.

Change your hours, I've been coming here for the past few days and it says open at 7:30 on your Google listing for me to get here and it's closed. Waste of my time. Went to the one on the other side of the main road and was open

It is so difficult to find sweet-iced-coffee at this mall and I thought Starbucks would provide a tasty experience. I asked for a simple medium iced-coffee with cream (or milk) and sweet caramel flavor. It became a "thing" where the person at the register had to reword my order and tell me they can make it caramel flavor but not sweet. I asked them to put sugar in to make it sweet and that seemed to confuse them more - I gave up and just agreed to whatever they said. After that hurdle I went to the pick-up section where I watched the young man prepare my coffee, write my name on the cup, and put the cup down so he can prepare 2 frappe's for the customers that ordered after me. After all this, the coffee was terrible too. Nothing sweet added, only bitter caramel and watered-down-coffee - will definitely avoid this location.
