★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The typical-default Expresso Americano flavor (hot) changes a bit and tastes different, don't know if because the machines need to be calibrated more often or promptly maintenance is required, but it is a fact that flavor changes, you can feel it after having this coffee for years. Drive-thru agents have good customer service, (girls mainly).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I notice a lot of complaints about water down coffee on two separate occasion and locations I notice barista tried to mix bottom of the barrel with water or decaf. The upper outside decks are nice with very little to look at (see foto )

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and kind, but like many other starbucks it's hard to find a parking spot because there are just so few of them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shame on Starbucks for stopping its worker from unionizing in order to get a livable wage and better working conditions, plus their coffee is absolutely disgusting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience I’ve ever had at Starbucks, been going for 30 years when the only Starbucks were in downtown Seattle and Bellevue, Washington. I’ve visited Starbucks all over the world.
My friend and I had traveled to GDL for a convention, our last morning was today. We went to Starbucks to have a coffee and croissant before I headed to the airport. I order a mocha and 2 pastries. The line was long and they were busy. I received my coffee and sandwich, missing the croissants. My friend got her coffee and sandwich (she ordered after me). After 5 or so minutes, I went to the counter to ask about the croissant, the girl at the oven said it would be a couple more minutes. I went back to my table to sit with my friend and waited another 10 minutes before returning to the counter to ask again. I said I had been waiting 15 or 20 minutes (the lady standing next to me said “more, you were here long before me”!). The girl said it would be “another minute” as they had a big order at the drive thru. Obviously, they had arrived after me, I saw other people receiving their pastries who had been in line long after me. Obviously, she lost my order. I went BACK TO MY TABLE FOR THE SECOND TIME AND WAITED, after another 5 minutes I went back to the counter, she told me it would be another minute as they were really busy. I lost it, I told her I had been there longer than everyone in the store. She gave me an attitude and another excuse. I asked my friend to order my Uber to the airport as we had lost our entire 45 minutes going back and forth to the counter and waiting for my croissant. I had to say good buy to my friend without spending any quality time with her, I was later than I wanted to be going to the airport. If I had an employee with that attitude who made a paying client wait 40 minutes for a croissant, she would be fired. I watched her heat up at least 20 croissants while I was waiting. Starbucks, your employee needs training on customer service or she should be fired. I know you can do better.
