★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca tienen sirenas, no hay bolsa chica para llevar, no dan bases para llevar café y los baristas solo se la pasan platicando y son muy desatentos y descorteses.
They never have mermaids, there is no small bag to carry, they do not give bases to carry coffee and the baristas just spend their time talking and are very inattentive and rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengan mucho cuidado con las mesas, ya que no la acomodan de la forma más estable y todas están desbalanceadas. El día de ayer mi novia sufrió quemaduras de segundo y tercer grado debido a que el café ( servido hasta el tope ) le calló en las piernas debido a que la mesa no estaba bien balanceada. No regreso a este local en mi vida.
Be very careful with the tables, since they do not accommodate them in the most stable way and they are all unbalanced. Yesterday my girlfriend suffered second and third degree burns because the coffee (served to the top) fell on her legs because the table was not well balanced. I will not return to this place in my life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible que sabiendo la demanda que tienen, no tengan medio de pago por efectivo porque no tienen monedas. Y que al menos tuviesen por QR y tarjeta, pero tampoco. Una pena y desgracia, deficiente pese al lugar donde están. Terrible también la atención. Nada recomendado, esto es para el de arriba, el de abajo es otra historia.
Terrible that knowing the demand they have, they do not have a means of payment in cash because they do not have coins. And that at least they had by QR and card, but neither. A shame and misfortune, lacking despite where they are. Terrible also the attention. Nothing recommended, this is for the one above, the one below is another story.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nada fuera de lo común, aceptable aunque algo pequeño para la cantidad de gente que recibe. Ahora con la pandemia siguen manteniendo la toma de la temperatura y dando gel al entrar, mantienen la "sana" distancia y limpian cada vez que es posible las mesas.
Nothing out of the ordinary, acceptable although somewhat small for the amount of people it receives. Now with the pandemic, they continue to take the temperature and give gel when entering, they maintain a "healthy" distance and clean the tables whenever possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They ran out on one of the Xmas Flavors and also were missing Rosca de Reyes from the pastries. Went early in the morning and medium line was already waiting, need more personnel preparing the beverages while others take of the kitchen. Needs some improvement, everything else was OK.
