★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be CAREFUL when you spend time at that starbucks, I got robbed inside the coffeehouse, their security staff was close to my table all the time but claimed seeing nothing. I asked to speak to the manager, but that man showed indifference saying that there was nothing they could do. Eventually a client there suggested me to call 911 to get help. Awful experience!!! BE VERY CAREFUL if you must visit that coffeehouse

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great location and has a lovely decor. However it's quite a challenge to communicate even the basic order to servers. Both items in my order were taken down wrong - right down to the size and flavours. Given that Polanco attracts a lot of tourists it only makes sense for the restaurant to hire staff that can communicate well in English.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place, lots of space inside and outside. The rest is more or less the same as with any other Starbucks. It's walking distance to the Auditorio Nacional, that makes it a great option to go before a concert or event.
