★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La experiencia dentro del lugar es cómoda, aunque tal vez el espacio de más terrazas se ve afectado por el medio día /tarde por que el sol y calor es una molestia, por lo que encontrar un lugar que no sea dentro del establecimiento es difícil y aún así, en la lobby también los lugares son pocos y adentro es muy frío s veces.
De ahí en fuera el personal es muy amable, cálido y siempre reciben con una buena actitud.
The experience inside the place is comfortable, although perhaps the space with more terraces is affected by midday / afternoon because the sun and heat is a nuisance, so finding a place that is not inside the establishment is difficult and even so, in the lobby there are also few places and inside it is very cold sometimes.
From there on out the staff are very friendly, warm and always welcome with a good attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar tiene una terraza agradable para poder consumir alimentos ahí, sin embargo para las noches invernales el espacio interior es reducido, el personal es atento, se extraña que tengan más control para toma de temperatura y aplicación de antibacterial. Al lugar acuden una gran cantidad de repartidores de aplicaciones por lo que puede llegar a estar más lleno de lo necesario
The place has a nice terrace to eat there, however for winter nights the interior space is reduced, the staff is attentive, it is surprising that they have more control for taking temperature and applying antibacterial. The place is attended by a large number of application distributors, so it can be more crowded than necessary

Pero hay puntos a mejorar en las mesas, y la atención es amigable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fue el primer Starbucks que me han atendido con una actitud bastante alegre y la chica que está en caja tuvo una actitud bastante amable y simpática, espero siga estando por mucho tiempo ahí, la fecha en qué fui fue el 10/03/22 en la tarde. Estos pequeños detalles hacen al lugar y muy pocas veces es apreciado, y las empresas siempre diran que es su deber colocarse la camiseta. Eso es fácil decir, aunque las circunstancias laborales puedan no ser las óptimas. Esperemos tomen en cuenta a la chica que se esfuerza por estar alegre, aún estando ella en etapas de exámenes. Y bueno con base al lugar, bien sabemos que se encuentra dentro de la plaza parques Polanco y es un lugar bastante acogedor con mucho espacio y cuenta con estacionamiento.
It was the first Starbucks that I have been served with a quite cheerful attitude and the girl who is in the box had a quite friendly and nice attitude, I hope she will continue to be there for a long time, the date I went was 03/10/22 in the afternoon.
