★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es muy malo, la chica que me tomó la orden en caja se puso a platicar con sus compañeros por lo que tuve que repetirle en varias ocasiones la orden, me dejaba con la palabra en la boca y procedía hablar de nuevo con su compañero, la atención al cliente es pésima en esta sucursal.
Fui un fin de semana en temporada navideña, suele estar lleno, es mejor pedir para llevar.
 The service is very bad, the girl who took my order at the cash register began to talk with her colleagues so I had to repeat the order several times, she left me with the word in my mouth and proceeded to speak again with her partner , the customer service is lousy at this branch.
I went on a weekend during Christmas season, it is usually full, it is better to order to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice Starbucks inside the shopping mall Altozano in Morelia. The staff is friendly. Here you can sit and work on your laptop, sipping coffee, cay tea, green tea etc, without being disturbed. The Altozano shopping mall is quite elevated above Morelia and therefore always has a cool wind. Morelia itself is usually quite hot and dry. In the Altozano shopping mall you can cool down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go often to this plaza but I never had a drink at this Starbucks, I think drinks are very pricey but even althoug they are I like to order of favorite of mine, I have 2 or 3 favorites, blended drinks are my favorite, there is a good sitting area here but not for large groups.
