★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the best Starbucks. My first ice coffee, I asked for a tiny bit of milk... got half milk. My second ice coffee (that I ordered because the first one didn't have that much coffee in it), was just hot coffee poured over ice. Ended up being just warm, super watered down coffee. Not good. Plus, the internet didn't work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The employees are nice enough, they get excited when you request something simple and serve you swiftly and with a smile for the same reason, they can slip up when delivering complex orders and sometimes don't check the names in the cups (my student got his order taken by someone else), but it's understandable due to the big number of customers.
I personally dislike expensive coffee, but the service and environment isn't as bad as in other facilities.
