Siempre limitan los insumos y te dicen que las bebidas normalmente no llevan un ingrediente cuando en todos lados se lo ponen

Tienen buen servicio y trato. Pero el drive thru es lentísimo y se hacen unas colas bastante grandes sobre todo en horas pico.
They have good service and treatment. But the drive thru is very slow and there are quite large queues especially in peak hours.

Aunque me queda un poco más lejos, prefiero esta sucursal pues el personal que atiende es súper amable y siempre cuidan que estés satisfecho con lo que pides. Gracias a Carolina por su amabilidad y servicio:)

En general es casi igual de bueno que otros Starbucks, PERO su terraza es muy ruidosa y es el único Starbucks en donde el Chocolate Mexicano sabe a Chocomilk jaja no lo compren!

Muy triste, era mi sucursal preferida pero el día de hoy en el Drive Thru alrededor de las 7:30 am la señorita que atiende Drive Thru me trato super mal! Es muy triste por que esta sucursal se distinguía por el buen trato y la amabilidad del personal. Espero alguien vea esto y capacite nuevamente al personal para concientizar lo importante que es ser amables con los clientes.
Very sad, it was my favorite branch but today at the Drive Thru around 7:30 am the lady who attends the Drive Thru treated me very badly! It is very sad because this branch was distinguished by the good treatment and friendliness of the staff. I hope someone sees this and retrains staff to make them aware of how important it is to be nice to customers.

Necesitas velocidad, atención, opciones, trato al cliente sin duda en este starbucks se lucieron recién fui y pregunte por algunas opciones para desayunar y muy amablemente la chica que atendió me dio varias opciones. Me tardaron como 5 minutos a pesar que había gente. Todo muy bien me gustó lo que me recomendó
You need speed, attention, options, customer service, without a doubt, in this starbucks they showed off I just went and asked for some options for breakfast and very kindly the girl who attended gave me several options. They try hard, although, the operating company in Mexico is just a hindrance. They need more staff, and with that staff they need to clean tables and seating any time someone leaves. They NEED to keep the music at a reasonable volume for café!!! I have to ask them several times every week twice a week when I come in. They need to come take our temperature more quickly, take our drink orders faster, keep an eye on the maximum capacity of customers. The drive-in is extremely dangerous. If there is more than one car ordering, the second car is literally on the highway. They never give napkins for drinks. You have to ask them. They say it's because some people just leave their napkins there, so they're wasted. But I've told them dozens of times that I want a napkin with all my orders and they NEVER remember. The manager seems to be really competent, but I'm often amazed that others are incapable of working efficiently and prioritizing what tasks need to be attended when. Part of that problem though, I imagine, is the safety problema that the druve-thru presents. They have to prioritize the drive thru so as to reduce the risk of accidents. But that leaves all those inside insufficiently attended to.
