Muy mala experiencia, que gran decepción, acudí con mis hijos a adquirir la promoción de su aniversario en frappé y algo más y tuve muy mala atención por parte de su empleada Leslie Manjarrez, (quién dijo ser la supervisora y estar a cargo en ese momento) diciendonos que no estaba para poner atención a sus clientes, entonces yo me pregunto para qué alquila sus servicios? Si no va a poner la atención que merecemos. Esto ocurrió porque pedimos aparte de los frappé dos rol de canela que posteriormente me dijo que sólo tenía uno y mi comentario hacia ella fue de "¿Pues qué tienen entonces?" porque ya antes habíamos pedido otros 2 tipos de pan y no los hubo tampoco y al decirle eso me dijo que no había esos tipos de pan y que si lo queríamos que si no cancelaba todo, entonces fue cuando yo ya reaccione un poco confusa porque yo en ningún momento le dije que ya no quería nada y le dije pon atención a lo que te estoy diciendo sólo te dije que ¿qué tienen entoncesde pan? Y ella hizo el primer comentario que mencioné de que no estaba para poner atención a los clientes, creo que realmente es molesto tener que lidiar con estos malos empleados y mal servicio de su parte, porque uno va a consumir y sobretodo porque en ningún momento fui grosera por hacerle la pregunta, más bien creo que se sintió presionada pero uno no tiene que aguantar esas cosas, deben de darles cursos de como tratar a sus clientes y como resolver problemas de la manera que mejor queden satisfechos sus clientes

Pesimo entrenamiento del personal, niegan productos que la franquicia ofrece no saben preparar las bebidas y lo he comprabado el mismo dia con otro local cercano y es repetitivo
