★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just left Starbucks...we ordered 2 medium iced coffee with milk. The guy put cream instea but we just let it slide till we noticed that the cream curdled in little chunks. We returned it back and asked if they can change it. The guy in the counter refused and insisted that the cream was good. We explained that we were concerned that the cream was bad but the guy insisted that it was okay and refused to give us a new one. We left with nothing. Such poor customer service. Will never go back. We went to that Starbucks by Basilio Badillo.
