Workers luck training. They give service "mexican style" ? to american customers. Expect to be very confused when you order first time. Pay with a credit card - and check the charge. The store needs more cleaning.

New Starbucks romantic zone , very nice beach style friendly staff very clean very comfy and ac works good inside , they also have outside area bathrooms very nice and clean and the most convenient is that I live few blocks away

Bright, new, brilliant Starbucks on my favourite Puerto Vallarta street. The wall murals are awesome. Clean bathroom accessible from inside the store.

Ruby! She was the best! Thank you for remembering me, my name, & greeting me. They all made me feel very welcome everyday I went in there while I was visiting Mexico. Thank you again Ruby for going out of your way to say hello by my name, it made me feel comfortable to come back everyday. My new favorite Starbucks!

The brewing ratio is a bit strong, but local Mexico Chemex coffee is an option. The design of this shop is beautiful. Flat white has too little espresso as well. Vibes are great and a good mix of inside and outside seating. Super kind service.

I came to Puerto Vallarta on November 29. I had a Starbucks card with around $212.00 on it and I only used it at the Basilio Badillo starbucks location. The dollar amount were transferred to pesos. On December 20 I had a balance of 3,810.70 pesos. On December 26 my receipt showed that as of 3:22 PM my balance was reduced to 1,128.77 pesos. Thinking that it was a printing error about an hour later I returned to Starbucks to get a printout of my balance. To my and the employee’s surprise my balance had gone down even more in less than two hours to 644.72 pesos! The only assistance I was given was a non-working toll free number to call. I therefore reported the card as stolen to stop any further draining of the card. I then reported the problem to the correct toll free number I found online twice. The second time I was finally given a case number. (211 226-002335). Was told I would hear in 48 hours but nothing has happened so far. Obviously nobody cares. I am still in Mexico and stopped patronizing Starbucks. And will not patronize it when I return to the states month. Since I only used the card at the Badillo location, someone in that place must be responsible for draining my card! Starbucks does not appear to take any responsibility for the thefts Based on my experience:stay away from Starbucks, especially the Basilio Badillo location) and, at no time,use.a credit or Starbucks card for payment! Complaining to Starbucks will be of no help. You may just never recoup your stolen money (in my case about $160 (US dollars)

Starbucks is a Starbucks but ......this Starbucks is made for gawking. There is a great overhang , shading the outdoor seating. This is good!!!!! because a person can just sit here ,nurse their drink and watch the parade of characters go by. And go by they do!!!!!! Grab a seat and chill and watch. You won't be disappointed!
