★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El camion se descompuso y se quedo sin aire, los choferes se paran en cada oxxo a fumar y tardaban mucho para subir, haciendo el camino mucho mas tardado.
The truck broke down and ran out of air, the drivers stopped at each oxxo to smoke and took a long time to climb, making the road much longer.

El auxiliar del chófer con la música muy alta, hablando en varias ocasiones con el celular en una mano y con la otra manejando, platicando casi todo el camino con cualquier persona que se dejara que venía a bordo. Bromas muy pesadas con los pasajeros.
Además estuve a punto de perder mi cita por su mal servicio, no fui la única, fuimos varios, quedaron de pasar por nosotros al hotel y no lo hicieron, a última hora buscando transporte para traslado que además Yo tuve que pagar.
Ellos le hechan la culpa al hotel y los del hotel a ellos (starbus).
Sin duda NO los recomiendo, desde el mostrador hay un servicio que no da confianza porque ni amables son.

The driver's assistant with very loud music, speaking several times with the cell phone in one hand and with the other driving, talking almost all the way with anyone who was allowed to come on board. Very heavy jokes with passengers.
In addition, I was about to miss my appointment due to their bad service, I was not the only one, there were several of us, they agreed to pick us up at the hotel and they did not, at the last minute looking for transportation for a transfer that I also had to pay for.
They blame the hotel and the hotel people blame them (starbus).
Without a doubt I do NOT recommend them, from the counter there is a service that does not give confidence because they are not even friendly.
