V	Vik Venadero on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi experiencia fue amena, el lugar apenas lo estan restaurando asi que no es para quienes buscan comodidad ni calidad pero si calidez de los que atienden. Nos atendieron muy bien y el Sr. Trinidad nos contrato 2 actividades muy cercanas que nunca olvidaremos, visitamos un cenote y unas ruinas que practimente eran solo para nosotros, sin tanto turista. Espero que puedan levantar el lugar pero sin huepedes que se guien por estas calificaciones pues va a estar dificil. My experience was pleasant, the place is just being restored so it is not for those who seek comfort or quality but warmth from those who attend. They looked after us very well and Mr. Trinidad hired us 2 very close activities that we will never forget, we visited a cenote and some ruins that were practically only for us, without so many tourists. I hope you can build the place but without guests who are guided by these qualifications because it will be difficult.

TODO, arañas y otros animales salian de las camas, agua fria, el AC no funciona y la habitación está de terror. PORFABOR NO SE QUEDEN EN ESTE LUGAR. Don't be fooled by the price. I wondered what could go wrong? EVERYTHING, spiders and other animals came out of the beds, cold water, the AC does not work and the room is terrifying. PLEASE DO NOT STAY IN THIS PLACE.
L	Lupiss Mendoza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo se ve muy limpio pero muy viejo, maté una pulga y despertamos con mucha comezón, lástima que no le tomé foto a la pulga, dice que fumigan cada 15 días pero que no puede haber pulgas... !!en su página ofrecen alojamiento a mascotas!! es obvio que puede haberlas. el encargado en vez de apenarse por lo ocurrido sólo vocifera que metimos gente de más y puras habladurías, lástima de buena ubicación que tienen pero realmente cero recomendable. Ojalá que en un viaje de éstos lleguen a un lugar digno aún si pagan 400 pesos o 2 mil pesos. No caigan con lugares tan indignos de un viajero Everything looks very clean but very old, I killed a flea and we woke up with a lot of itching, too bad I didn't take a photo of the flea, it says that they spray every 15 days but that there can be no fleas ... !! on their page they offer accommodation to pets !! It is obvious that there may be. the manager instead of being sorry for what happened only shouted that we put people in more and pure talk, pity of good location they have but really zero recommended. Hopefully on a trip of these reach a decent place even if they pay 400 pesos or 2 thousand pesos. Don't fall for such unworthy places of a traveler

I arrived at 6pm the day of reservation and the host said she deleted her airbnb because they only accept cash. I asked why they did not contact me to let me know as now i had no where to stay and she just told me call airbnb fo a refund and that they were full. She had no care in the world that we had now no accomodation. The listing still appears on airbnb at the moment.
N	Nothing Sp3cial on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad, I think the people at this place have just given up, the pics on google are really old and the quality of every thing has gone down. There was bugs in the pool and in the beds and the owner yelled at us for pointing it out and the bathrooms we’re broken. Over all wouldn’t recommend,
b	b rose on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheapest place I could find in piste for $450 for 2 people, and conveniently located near the ado bus station, but I wouldn't stay again. No hot water and no water pressure in our room. It smelt like mold and there were cockroaches. Springs were coming out of the old mattresses and blankets were falling apart. No wifi. Staff was unhelpful and hardly ever available. The pool was filthy and not even filled enough. I would skip piste altogether next time and just stay in Valladolid where it's cheaper and nicer.

The air conditioner is really noisy, the bed very bad and there's no hot water. The swimming pool is pretty dirty so nobody use it anymore. Too bad because the hotel is well located at only 2mn from Chichen Itza.
