We bought the starlink antenna and the internet doesn't work, we filed a complaint on the website and we haven't received an email for 1 week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi antena está parada en aduana del aeropuerto de Hermosillo, Sonora. Dice DHL que ustedes tienen que tramitar la importación. Hay alguien de ustedes enterado de esto? Dice que hay 180 Starlinks en la bodega que no pueden ser liberados.
My antenna is stopped at customs at the airport in Hermosillo, Sonora. DHL says that you have to process the import. Are any of you aware of this? It says that there are 180 Starlinks in the hold that cannot be released.
