★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El tiempo de espera considero que es demasiado. Desde para interponer una denuncia hasta para ratificarla o darle seguimiento. Si no es con un abogado te hacen dar vueltas innecesariamente.
The waiting time I think is too much. From to file a complaint to ratify or follow up. If it is not with a lawyer they make you go around unnecessarily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hay buena atencion pero los tramites son muy extensos y tardados dependiendo del caso de cada quien puedes tardar minimo 4 horas entre departamento habria que agilizar los tramites para mejorar el servicio
There is good attention but the procedures are very extensive and time consuming depending on the case of each person, it can take a minimum of 4 hours between departments, the procedures should be streamlined to improve the service
