★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como en todas las oficinas gubernamentales hay mucha gente, llegar temprano es lo recomendable, si vas en auto no encontrarás estacionamiento cercano.
As in all government offices there are many people, arriving early is recommended, if you go by car you will not find nearby parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar muy concurrido, hay que llegar temprano porque si no toca hacer fila, los servidores públicos hay buenos y no tan buenos, por lo general de 30 min a 2 hrs, según la hora que llegues queda el tramite del acta de nacimiento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegar antes de las 9 para que te puedan atender, porque acude mucha gente, aunque su horario de atención es de 9 a 3, la documentación de búsqueda se debe meter antes de las 10:30 am....su servicio por cierto es pésimo, pero que te puedes esperar de "servidores" que salen a echar la torta en su horario de trabajo y sin importar que hay mucha gente que viene de fuera en bastantes ocasiones y requieren rapidez en su trámite.... me tocó tramitar un acta de mi hermano, no quisieron recibir documentación porque no se encontraba la persona que firma, tuve que gastar otro día para ver si ya había llegado el ausente...Hay Mucho que mejorar. Prepararse para la espera de 2 a 2:30 hrs para verificar si en los extractos se encuentran bien los datos de un documento, de no ser así espera y te dan otro turno para rectificar algún error otra hora mas. Preferible que lo lleven a uno o tomar taxi porque al encontrarse frente al congreso no hay lugar para estacionarse a menos que llegues desde las 8 am y esperes afuera hacer fila. Los pagos por cierto ya no son en las oficinas deberás caminar cuadra y media que hay un oxxo donde podrás efectuarlo. Aconsejable llevar algo de botana o lunch para no hacer tan pesada la espera. Tener mucha pero mucha paciencia...Espero les ayude. Éxito.
