★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy molesta tengo mes y medio solicitando cambio de entidad federativa y emplacamiento mandaron unos papeles a jalapa para saber si requería de mas papeles y es hora que no tienen respuesta! La señorita me dijo que hablara directo a Jalapa pero allá ni contestan! Que pasa? Y transito de Córdoba cobra $440 el mes por permiso para circular! Es decir es una injusticia, o lo hacen como negocio?
Very annoying, I have a month and a half requesting a change of state and emplacement. They sent some papers to Jalapa to find out if I needed more papers and it is time that they have no answer! The lady told me to speak directly to Jalapa, but they didn't even answer there! What's the matter? And Córdoba transit charges $ 440 a month for permission to circulate! In other words, is it an injustice, or do they do it as a business?

Tienen que ir mentalizados a perder uno o dos días por lo lento de los trámites o porque te regresen por algún documento que te falte.
The attention could improve, the people who attend you at the entrance lack an identification, a badge or some uniform so that people locate them more easily...
