El peor Gimnasio al que he ido. instalaciones sucias, malos olores y los empleados apáticos. Contrate un año y pague de contado, me obligaron a pagar con mi tarjeta y hasta la fecha no me los he podido quitar de encima. Solo fui por 5 meses y mejor contrate en otro lado, no me importo perder el resto del año, pero me cambiaron el plan a mensual al cumplirse el año y siguen cargando a mi cuenta y se niegan a cancelar mi plan. La peor experiencia por mucho. I put a star just because you can not put negative rating. The worst gym I've been to. dirty facilities, bad smells and apathetic employees. I hired a year and paid in cash, they forced me to pay with my card and to date I have not been able to get rid of them. I only went for 5 months and better hire elsewhere, I do not mind losing the rest of the year, but they changed the plan to monthly at the end of the year and continue to charge my account and refuse to cancel my plan. The worst experience by far.

Solo faltan más equipos por que cuando hay mucha gente no hay aparatos desocupados y tenemos que esperar algo de tiempo. Excellent place, very clean, good atmosphere, very respectful people and very friendly couch. Only more equipment is missing because when there are many people there are no unoccupied devices and we have to wait some time.

Los demás días está más tranquilo y es mucho más fácil y rápido terminar tus rutinas sin perder tanto tiempo esperando. Las máquinas son nuevas, ofrecen muchas clases para casi todos los gustos. Los entrenadores son atentos también. La membresía te incluye también nutriólogo, todas las clases, entrenamiento semi personalizado y el acceso las 24 horas a todas las sucursales de Monterrey y su área metropolitana. Excelente servicio por parte de la empresa y los empleados. The gym is very full, the first days of the week (Mon-Tues-Wed) if something is arrived between 6pm and 8pm. The rest of the days are calmer and it is much easier and quicker to finish your routines without losing so much time waiting. The machines are new, offer many classes for almost all tastes. The coaches are attentive too. The membership also includes a nutritionist, all classes, semi-personalized training and 24-hour access to all branches of Monterrey and its metropolitan area. Excellent service by the company and employees.

The music they play is so loud that you have to pop your ears to not hear it. It even looks like a seedy bar with the scandal.

Estando en medio de una pandemia no es posible que nunca haya jabón en los baños! Very little space and the cleaning is terrible, it is rare that there is javin to wash hands and the sanitizing liquid is practically non-existent.
