Despues, en el año 2010 fue trasladada a la calzada de los heroes debido a la ampliacion del sistema de transporte. Rodolfo Gaona fue un torero importante que es natal de la ciudad de leon. Aunque la escultura es muy bonita y tiene muchos detalles no es muy alentador que se siga alabando a estos personajes que hacen sufrir a otros serves vivos, en fin, la escultura habia estado en el olvido y ha sido restaurada y remodelada, la zona es muy bonita, ideal para pasear y comprar una nieve y caminar por los alrededores.
