★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegue después de las 7pm y me asignaron una habitación con el baño sucio. Lo reporte a recepción y me dijeron que no había más habitaciones disponibles que mandarían a alguien a limpiarlo y no lo mandaron ni volvieron a comunicarse
I arrived after 7pm and was assigned a room with a dirty bathroom. I reported it to the reception and they told me that there were no more rooms available that they would send someone to clean it and they did not send it or communicate again
