Staybridge Suites Saltillo, an IHG Hotel - 25279 Saltillo

We had a great stay. Location was excellent, the mall is right across the street and restaurants are close. Rappi and Uber Eats are fast and available. The rooms and staff were outstanding.

The rooms are very clean and smell nice, at check-in you'll receive a complimentary mask and hand sanitizers incase you forgot yours. The complimentary breakfast of eggs both plain and with garnishes, fruit, cereals, waffles, is delicious and the ladies working, especially the older ones are very, very nice. They'll prepare your plate the way you want it. There is a coffee machine at breakfast that prepares cafe Americano, mochas, hot chocolate, etc. The parking is underground and I felt it was very safe because the area/neighborhood is safe. Some people comment that the spaces are too narrow, but since we are unfortunately still the pandemic, there's plenty of space so everyone can spread out and park away from each other.

As I was looking for lodging, I was reading the online reviews. I chose this hotel because everyone rated it highly. They weren't wrong! The rooms were very spacious and clean. Perfect for my family! The staff was amazing!!! Every single one of them made sure to make us feel comfortable, safe, and fabulous. A special thanks to Blanca and Angeles from the cafetería who are so amazing at what they do!! They are hardworking but very pleasant and social and so customer service oriented. Diana from housekeeping does an amazing job too. She was the best at making sure our room was clean. I chose to stay at this hotel with my family instead of an airbnb because I thought it would be safer and I wasn't wrong!! They have a security guard posted right outside the elevator and that really made my family and me feel the safest possible!!! We really enjoyed our time there. I had a little issue with the staff at the front, Martha. They shut down the water of the hotel one night and the only reason we knew was because I coincidentally saw a note that they left in our hotel room. I feel they could have done a better job of communicating this with their guests. So I call downstairs for more information and Martha tried to explain. But I was upset because we needed to use the bathrooms. I have children!!! So then she got upset and started to question my guests and how many people I had in my room almost threatening me!!! Telling me she was going to charge me more!!! But when I made the reservations I had given them the amount of guests for my room. I Needed to make sure we would all fit! I felt she was trying to get back at me. That was my only issue. Other than that, everyone was so absolutely AMAZING. I gave the hotel a 5 star rating and plan on going back again. Thank you for making our stay super great!!!

I had an amazing time in Saltillo. The restaurant is very clean and modern. All staff were so helpful and the location is perfect. I will definitely choose this hotel again.

We enjoyed a beautiful suite with a king sized bed, full kitchen, living/office area and large, accessible bathroom on the 7th floor. Great service, easy access, and in walking distance of several wonderful restaurants.

Great place to stay. Rooms are very nice. I loved the happy hour. The service was top notch. If I'm ever in the area I'd stay here again. Pro tip: make sure to check out the patio!

Hotel does not reinforce COVID policies that should be common sense. I was just with my family grabbing something to eat, and the lobby was full of children and adults without masks. They peeked over non protected food like fruit and salads without their face masks. Silverware was touched and returned without anyone cleaning them after. I had to ask someone if they could bring silverware that was just cleaned because I did not feel confident or safe eating from what was already available. Get food from outside of the hotel. Everything else is fine. I have no complaints about hospitality or the quality of room service, or the rooms themselves.
