★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel had the best complimentary breakfast every morning! Great coffee and great choices. The staff was beyond friendly and professional. They offer free shuttle service to and from the airport which was awesome and very convenient. Would definitely recommend this spot. It also provides free shuttle drop off to the city as well!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As I said the location is at the best city zone, 15-20 minutes to industrial zone. A lot of places to have a nice dinner nearby.
As the room has a little kitchen with everything you light need in a short trip you can also think of buying food and do it yourself if you are concerned of covid.
One important matter is that if you are driving, the parking is very, very stretch, there are some places in the outside much better than the ones in the inside. Call before to see if they can arrange a place for you if you have a big car or van.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really appreciate the effort to give us a complimentary breakfast, but the coffee was really awful, eggs always the same with beans... variety not very good.
Inside the room, the fridge was making a lot of noise, but was so tired to go plug off the appliance.. maybe .. somehow to be able to isolate the kitchen with the room with a wall o door?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upon checking I was told I needed to make a reservation to use the fitness center. I asked to make one that evening and could not. The times to make one was from 10 am to 6 pm. Traveling on business made this impossible.
l don’t understand how they did not leave it ope with safety protocols in place like where a mask and provide sanitation products. Most hotels do this. I would have stayed somewhere else had I known this. The fitness center is a big deal to me when traveling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service. They are five minutes away from the Lomas Hospital. They have a handicapped room for patients released from the hospital. The room has a totally flat shower with no steps, bars, tiles or whatever make showers difficult to access after a surgery. They have a hand held shower head to facilitate bathing. They also have a chair inside the shower and have handicapped bars next to the toilette seat for safety. Rooms are huge. Good to recover from surgery. I am a big fan of staybridge suites. I live their kitchens, big fridges, cozy beds, and relaxing showers. Their hot breakfasts are fair and their socials are very convenient. Their pools are an asset for kids specially when indoors. Their laundry facility is a big plus. Their two bedroom suites are my favorite when traveling with children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We’ve stayed at Staybridge SLP more than a few times on our road trips to and from the US (we live in Oaxaca, Mexico).
When we’ve had our big dog with us we have always received a warm welcome, and once when a hotel in the city center refused to honor our reservation the folks at Staybridge took us in—it was late and we’d been driving—sometimes through hailstorms!—for many hours that day. It was especially important that the people at the desk were so understanding.
We’ve appreciated the room upgrades we’ve gotten, and the breakfasts are very good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was excellent. The staff is really warm and service-oriented. The breakfast is excellente.
However, the first impression when entering the hotel is dissapointing and more suitable to a lower clas hotel: very small lobby, no decor, etc. And the parking is... only for small cars.... if driving a bigger car you´ll probably need to park outside.
