★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel has the nicest staff, Noemi at the front desk and all the other front desk members greet you friendly and help you in any way possible. Brenda and the rest of the kitchen staff make sure you have everything you need when they host the social gathering. The safety and maintenance crew always have a friendly smile for you.
The hotel is clean and gives you the "At Home" feeling. Location is great for anyone working at or visiting the Industrial park. Close to the Guanajuato airport.
The maid service might need a little improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel has a happy hour where it offers food and beverages for 3 days of the week. This helps mitigate the chance of catching Covid-19 by allowing the guests to remain in the hotel. The hotel also checks the temperature of any person walking in through the front door. These two changes should severely lessen the chance of the guesst from catching Covid-19.

Shops are just 5min away.
Gym and pool are functioning and clean.
The staff is an added value to the whole situation.
Always good to come back here and receive a warm welcome from the excellent staff at reception

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a support animal and flew in late arriving at midnight. The staff was ready and prepared for me, as well as being bilingual to help me check in easy and smooth process. The building was very secure and I felt very safe. The room was nice then most hotels I've been to as well. I had an excellent experience as an English only speaking visitor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We learned in our arrival that the hotel recently opened.
Every thing is totally new and working perfectly.
The beds and the pillows were excellent.
The breakfast buffet was delicious.
But the most important attribute is the kindness and great attitude of the hotel personnel who are really happy to assist in everything you may need.
Congratulations to Moises, the regional manager and his team for such a great service. They did not doubt to walk the extra mile in the special needs that my family and I had.
No doubt we will come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It offers what is needed for a business trip. I find it very practical, it is closed to small stores and ther restaurants. However, it would be very nice/convenient that for those who stay in the hotel for more than a week, a free service shuttle to a bigger food store, could be offered.
