★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegué a este lugar porque mi auto fue afectado en un choque menor. Mapfre a través de este pseudo taller de reparación se encargaron de aumentar la afectación; demoraron muchísimo en entregarme el coche para el arreglo charchino que hicieron. Previamente se comunicaron para ofrecerme una cotización de lo que "no cubría" el servicio de reparación al contestar que solo autorizaba lo que si cubría; me lo entregaron con una sprayeada de pintura mal hecha. Al momento de entregármelo, ya fastidiado de presentar mi inconformidad, me salen con que el carro no prendía por falta de gasolina, y me proporcionaron un bote para que fuera a comprarla. Así se las gastan! Ya adquirí un seguro en otra compañía. Mi consuelo es que ésto que me pasó fue en algo menor.

Previously they communicated to offer me a quote of what the repair service "did not cover" when answering that it only authorized what it did cover; It was delivered to me with a spray of poorly made paint. At the moment of giving it to me, already annoyed to present my disagreement, they left me with that the car did not start due to lack of gasoline, and they provided me with a boat to go and buy it. That's how they spend it! I already purchased insurance from another company. My consolation is that this happened to me was something less.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Van dos veces que llevo a reparar mi automóvil por la misma falla y será necesario llevarlo una tercera vez. Hacen un trabajo muy mediocre considerando que son el taller autorizado de MAPFRE. Si pueden elegir otro taller, háganlo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio ? entregan trabajos muy deficientes y con baja calidad. Honestamente la culpa es por asegurar el auto con MAPFRE que en general tiene un servicio pésimo y este taller es una extensión perfecta de la compañía.
