Unfortunately for everyone they have fallen quite low since their opening, as do most restaurant. They either changed their meat suplier or the original cook is no longer with them. Their new meat is tasteless and has an unappealing texture to it. Service has become very slow. Our last visit there was a woman at the front door waiting for her change. She immediately told us of her unpleasant experience and warned us to leave. Not a great welcome to the restaurant. We truly hope the manager takes action and doesn't let the place die. Locals no longer interested.

This time, the food was horrible. Bad sea food and steaks. The blessing this time was the waiter, Manuel. With his experience and personality the visit was memorable only because of his service. We only went back a couple of times to have drinks and see Manuel.

s	sandy thompson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manuel, who we thought was manager, was excellent. Even though he was just a waiter. The food was excellent, service great and Manuel was the best. He was teaching the waitress about how to pour wine. He was so patient and wonderful.

Our server Manuel is by far the best waiter we've ever experienced in our travels. (and we have traveled a lot!). He was very pleasant and made sure we understood the menu with fantastic recommendations! The food was great. I definitely recommend the coconut shrimp. It's not the stuff most places purchase frozen at costco. It's made in house from scratch. The ribs are also great! Overall Steak & Cheese was our best meal experience while in Puerto Penasco during the week due in large part due to Manuel making sure we were well taken care of. We can't wait to return!

We were one of only three groups in the restaurant and waited an extremely long time for our meals and our waitress didn’t seem to be the brightest. The food was worth the wait, though!
