★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio, precios competitivos, pero el personal que atiende el servicio de envío a domicilio, grosero, burlón y sobre todo muy impuntual, te dicen una hora y nunca te dan un respuesta concreta, más de 10 llamadas para que me mandaran el pedido, quedaron de enviarlo a la 1pm y llego hasta las 6:30 pm, lo peor era que con cada llamada la atención era peor y muy groseras. La atención al cliente en el establecimiento es buena y al menos quien me atendió ahí fue amable!!
Good service, competitive prices, but the staff that attends the home delivery service, rude, mocking and above all very late, they tell you an hour and never give you a specific answer, more than 10 calls to send me the order, They left to send it at 1pm and it arrived until 6:30 pm, the worst thing was that with each call the attention was worse and very rude. The customer service in the establishment is good and at least the one who attended me there was friendly !!
