★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente, estoy asombrado de que el personal aquí tenga trabajos. Prefieren mentir y manipularte si eso significa que pueden hacer menos trabajo. Se negarán a darle un reembolso incluso cuando esté dentro de sus derechos y la política de la tienda. Me da pena cualquiera que tenga que interactuar con el personal. No preveía que esta tienda sería la razón por la que nunca volveré a comprar un producto Steren.
Honestly, I am amazed that the staff here have jobs. They prefer to lie and manipulate you if that means they can do less work. They will refuse to give you a refund even when it is within your rights and store policy. I feel sorry for anyone who has to interact with the staff. I didn't anticipate that this store would be the reason I will never buy a Steren product again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una pequeña isla dentro de la plaza. Cuenta con el surtido básico de una tienda Steren. Si no tienen exhibido el producto que buscas te lo traen de almacén. Recomendable si buscas algún accesorio o componente electrónico común.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, al principio nos perseguían, en que te podemos ayudar, buscas algo más y cuando les dices, no te pelan, te contestan de malas, evitan atender. La encargada estaba en el celular mientras la aprendiz no sabía ni que hacer y al final nos tocó ver cómo la regañó con celular en mano, increíble. Se enojan porque los pones a trabajar.
Bad attention to the principle chasing us, that we can help, you look for something else and when you tell them, do not peel, you answer bad, avoid attending. The charge was on the phone while the apprentice did not know what to do and at the end we got to see how scolded phone in hand, amazing. They get angry because you put them to work.
