★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a preguntar si tenían material para instalaciones eléctricas recidenciales y otras herramientas de uso eléctrico y la señorita que me atendió como que no sabía o no tenía ganas de atender porque me dijo que en la ferretería del frente vendían todo eso y siguió haciendo sus cosas, llegue a mi casa y entre a la página a comprobar si vendían lo que necesitaba y si lo venden, lástima que el servicio a cliente no sea bueno comparado con la gran variedad de artículos que venden

Tales como cables para bocinas de dos y tres vias
Conectores no hay
RCA y no te dan una explicación solo hay lo que tienen
Cuando llegan no saben
Cables con conectores Canon macho a plug
Y lo peor te venden la tarjeta de asociado para que te hagan descuento
Y si no la llevas no quieren los empleados buscarte y aplicarte el descuento.
Hay mucho personal pero solo atienden 2
Los otros solo asoman la nariz y se ocultan.
Por eso sera el servicio tan limitado

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiene un una buena atención de una parte persona cuando fue un chica y un chico se la pasaron jugando mientras el chico atendía la chica tenia una camisa diferente a los demás eso me genero un poco de imcomidad para por que no me dieron mi lugar como cliente los demás chicos muy bien solo ellos dos.
Si regresaría a la tienda pero esperaría a los otros chicos por que ellos si atienden muy bien y le dan una atención personalizada a los clientes y no están jugando como los otros dos.

Se debe poner mucho ojo en lo que uno pide y lo que entregan ya que tienden a cometer errores constantes y catastroficos. Ejem. Pedi unos botones (del que lleve muestra) la vimos en el catalogo y me surtieron otros; en otro caso solicite un jack 3.5 con microfono que me enseñaron en mostrador y el que surtieron era otro modelo y asi otros casos. Todos ocurridos en este mes noviembre.
