El trato es bastante indiferente y siempre parece que te están haciendo un favor aunque tú vayas con la mejor actitud. Preguntas por algún producto que solucione tu problema y te ofrecen lo primero que ven sin siquiera detallarlo o encontrar otras opciones que tú mismo encontrarás si buscas en la tienda.
Frankly one of the worst Steren I've ever visited and I'm a Steren fan. The treatment is quite indifferent and it always seems that they are doing you a favor even if you go with the best attitude. You ask about a product that solves your problem and they offer you the first thing they see without even detailing it or finding other options that you will find yourself if you look in the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve a ponchar un cable como en otras sucursales ya lo he hecho y resulta que en esa sucursal tienen la politica de que si no compras el cable ahí no mo hacen, la primera que me dicen eso pero la gerente tenía mucha flojera de poner a alguien a hacerlo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio al cliente. Al pedir reembolso pusieron de pretexto que no hay cambia en semi conductores cuando llevaba un motor reductor de 12v. Y se desatendian de su política de devoluciones. Al final la gerente me hizo favor de realizar el rembolso sin embargo el personal intento engañarme.
Terrible customer service. When requesting reimbursement they put the pretext that there is no change in semi-conductors when it had a 12v reducer motor. And they neglected their return policy. In the end, the manager did me a favor to make the refund, however the staff tried to deceive me.

Cabe decir q cuentan con las medidas de santidad.. y sana distancia.

Very good location, assortment and hours, depressing, disastrous and lousy service, they should select their staff better, I wish there was someone responsible for reviewing the treatment and availability of their staff.
