Al realizar una compra me dijeron que no podian cambiar el producto por que el año ya habia terminado.Al inicio se informo que daban 10 dias para relizar cambios y pedi en cambio dentro del limite. Simplemente la encargada dijo no. Tengan cuidado y exija les muestren la politica de venta antes de comprar.
