★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo sé que no está bien lo que hice... no encontraba donde estacionarme, sólo iba por un cable ethernet, pensé que no me tardaría...
En frente de la tienda, bloqueando todo un carril sobre calz. de Guadalupe, había un automóvil estacionado; me estacioné sobre la banqueta, me pareció muy fuerte bloquear todo un carril de una avenida que tiene mucho afluente.
Antes de bajar del auto, el policía de la entrada empezó a golperme la puerta diciéndo que no me estacionara ahí, la verdad es que no le hice caso y me amenazó con llamar a una grúa.
Entré a la tienda evitándolo y lo primero que recibí fue un grito de la única empleada que estaba atendiendo al dueño del auto que bloqueaba en calz. de Guadalupe: "regrese a que le pongan gel, la entrada es por el otro sentido"
No es la primera opinión de que el servicio en estas tiendas generalmente es muy malo, pero no pensé que fuera taaaaaaaaaaaaaan malo. Terminó de atender al cliente y se puso a ver como perdía el tiempo, pero no atenderme.
Como a los cinco minutos, por fin, sale otro dependiente, que fue muy amable, le pregunté por el gerente, me dijo que no estaba, pero que él estaba de encargado, le conté lo sucedido.
Después de pocos días regresé por otro cable de red y otros de teléfono, VERDADERAMENTE ME SORPRENDIÓ la actitud del policía y todos los empleados había cambiado como de la tierra al cielo.
Que bueno, es que podamos encontrar gente que es capaz de crecer.

I went into the store avoiding him and the first thing I received was a shout from the only employee who was attending to the owner of the car that he was blocking. de Guadalupe: "go back to gel, the entrance is from the other direction"
It's not the first opinion that the service in these stores is generally very bad, but I didn't think it was sooooo bad. He finished serving the customer and began to see how he was wasting time, but not serving me.
About five minutes later, another clerk finally comes out, who was very kind, I asked him about the manager, he told me that he was not there, but that he was in charge, I told him what happened.
After a few days I returned for another network cable and other telephone, I was REALLY SURPRISED by the attitude of the policeman and all the employees had changed as from earth to heaven.
Good thing, is that we can find people who are capable of growing.
