★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es buena,más si les falta capacitar bien a sus empleados,acabó de comprar un regulador específicamente lo pedi para refrigerador y resulta que cuando llego lo conecto y lo bota,al leer las instrucciones menciona que no es para refrigeradores y estoy marcando a la sucursal y no contestan ,ahora tengo qué regresar ,gastar de nuevo y eso nadie lo va a reembolsar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realmente Steren tiene muy buen surtido en electrónica. Lástima el personal de está sucursal no está bien organizado para atender correctamente cuando hay más de 3 personas. En mi caso me tocó estar casi media hora esperando que me cobrarán un cautín. incluso personas que llegaron después de mi fueron atendidas más rápido. Deberían tener sistema de turnos o algo así.
Steren really has a very good assortment of electronics. Too bad the staff of this branch is not well organized to attend correctly when there are more than 3 people. In my case I had to spend almost half an hour waiting for them to charge me for a soldering iron. even people who arrived after me were served faster. They should have a shift system or something.
