La mano de obra solo se puede pagar en efectivo y no dan recibos
Terrible customer service. The service to strike a cable was three times what they set up and they are unapologetic for the delay.

Si uno se equivoca en comprar un producto tienes la opcion de cambiarlo. La atencion al cliente es buena y tambien el servicio es rapido. Los precios son bastante buenos, no los mejores.
The store exposes the accessories of latest computer and digital generation. The employees are well prepared and deeply know the products they sell. If you make a mistake in buying a product you have the option to change it. The customer service is good and also the service is fast. The prices are pretty good, not the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen un excelente servicio y atención al cliente, la última que vez que fui fue hace 4 años era pésimo pero ahora tiene personal capacitado y me agrada su atención, la señorita siempre muy amable y atenta soluciono los detalles que tenía con mi laptop.
They have excellent service and customer service, the last time I went was 4 years ago it was lousy but now they have trained staff and I like their attention, the lady is always very friendly and attentive, she solves the details I had with my laptop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service. Went to purchase something and the girl at the counter sold me the wrong thing that I was asking for. The product was well over $100 and when I went to return it the next day because it was the wrong thing unopened they refused to give me my money back and gave me only 30 days to use my refund as an in-store purchase. The money should have been put back onto my credit card and I could’ve been on my way to buy what I needed elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I agree with the lack of customer service. Employees have an attitude and don’t care about you. We bought a speaker system and returned the next morning with it unopened and sealed by them and they refused a return. Less than 24 hours. If you order online they offer 10 days return policy. Not here. Not in person. Very disappointed.
