★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compré dos pares de audífonos en esta tienda, ambos están dañados, al hacer válida las garantías, los empleados me hicieron perder casi cuarenta minutos de tiempo verificando que yo no los hubiera dañado, lo cual era obvio que no hice, después perdí más tiempo esperando a que la gerencia de dignara en atenderme, la gerente da una atención sumamente grosera y mal trata a la clientela, no quisieron hacer válida mi garantía en ambos casos pues según fue por mala manipulación, les recomiendo que no compren audífonos en esta tienda, son de muy mala calidad y no vale la pena el maltrato a la clientela.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi experiencia fue mala ya que al comprar cámaras de videovigilancia la vendedora no me supo explicar bien su funcionamiento, ni su instalación. Se nota que solo venden por vender y te quieren meter más cosas caras para que compres , mi estancia ahí fue de casi dos horas ya que la señorita se tardó muchísimo en cobrarme ,fui a Steren de la López Portillo y el chico muy amable me dijo como instalarlas , a la próxima ya se donde no ir ?
