Son groseros, yo solo quería hacer válida mi garantía y tan solo por preguntar si sabían algo de mi producto se alteraron demasiado.
Se me hizo raro por qué no me han llamado en un mes y por lo mismo fui a preguntar qué pasaba, pero parece ser que tienen mala comunicación y el resultado de esto fue un mal servicio.
Al comprar fue muy bueno el servicio pero al presentar un defecto en su producto se ponen muy agresivos, tanto la gerente como el personal de caja.

Hoy nuevamente 01 mayo acudo por mis audífonos y aún mi garantía no está lista.
Ya la verdad solo quiero que me regresen mi dinero o un cambio físico.
Esto es ineficiente perdida de tiempo.

They are rude, I just wanted to honor my guarantee and just for asking if they knew anything about my product they got too upset.
It seemed strange to me why they haven't called me in a month and that's why I went to ask what was going on, but it seems that they have bad communication and the result of this was a bad service.
When buying the service was very good but when presenting a defect in their product they become very aggressive, both the manager and the cashier.

Today again May 01 I go for my hearing aids and still my guarantee is not ready.
Now the truth I just want my money back or a physical change.
This is an inefficient waste of time.
