Llevo algunos años comprando en esta tienda sin problema pero las personas que se encuentran actualmente atendiendo no dan solución cuando un producto no funciona adecuadamente, argumentando que así lo indican sus políticas. Aún enseñándole esto que esta publicado en su página no quizo hacerme el cambio físico, me dió un papel con el número de atención a clientes en al cual con mucho gusto anotó su nombre valiéndole que dejó mala imagen de la marca a la que representa en un cliente que compraba frecuentemente sus cochinadas chinas, en fin, terminé por tirar el producto defectuoso que gastarme horas de malos ratos.
