★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, nadie se acerca a preguntar si requieres algo, y cuando te acercas a preguntar no te pueden ayudar a resolver tus dudas, fui a comprar un aparato y al momento de hacer el cobro la chica dijo que ya podía retirar la tarjeta, al momento de retirarla me comentó que no me hicieron el cargo y no me quería entregar el baucher que sale de la terminal, se respaldo diciendo que ya lo había entregado siendo que no era así, después uso otra terminal 'porque mi pago no paso" y al momento de hacer el cobro si tenía el cargo anterior.
Le solicite el corte para validar que no se haya hecho el cobro como ella decía pero no lo quiso reimprimir nuevamente que porque ya lo había impreso, le comenté que el cargo ya estaba realizado y dijo que no, que lo checara con mi banco porque ellos no tenían el cargo y sin entregar el baucher aún.
Me dijeron que hiciera la aclaración con mi banco cuando llegara mi estado de cuenta que porque ellos ya no podían hacer nada y se aferraron al ticket.
Yo creo que en esos casos deberían de apoyar a sus clientes, validando que tengan los requisitos para poder hacer sus aclaraciones si es necesario, no ponerles trabas y no ayudarlos, al final el cargo es de ellos... Pésima atención
